Working Process

• Feeding: Plastic or bioplastic waste (films, bags, sheets, etc.) is fed into the extruder.
• Melting & Filtration: Material is melted and filtered to remove impurities.
• Extrusion: The molten polymer is extruded through a die to form strands.
• Granulation: Strands are cut into uniform granules using a precision cutter.
• Cooling & Collection: Granules are naturally or air-cooled before collection.
